Choosing a cleaning company requires trust – trust that who you’re allowing into your home or business will operate with care and integrity. We want to make sure you’re 100% comfortable before you decide on a company. One of the benefits of our Free Personal Estimates is that you get to meet who you’ll be working with prior to agreeing to our services.

Q. Who will be cleaning my home?
A. Once you’re assigned your two OCDiva’s, you will typically have the same ones each time. We know that employee turnover is frustrating in any business, so we emphasize the relationship our OCDiva’s have with their clients. This builds comfort for us in our routines and comfort for you that you can always expect the same OCDiva to handle your personal cleaning preferences. Of course people take vacations and things happen, but you’ll always have at least one of the same OCDiva’s.

Q. Is there a contract to sign?
A. For residential homes there are never any contracts to sign. If you are on a regular cleaning schedule and wish to cancel our services we ask for at least a 2 week advance notice.

Q. Do I need to ‘pre-clean’ before my OCDiva’s arrive?
A. For the sake of time effectiveness, it’s recommended that you pick up toys, laundry, and other daily items ahead of time. However, if that is a job you would like us to do, we can certainly do it.

Q. Will you be using my cleaning supplies and equipment?
A. No. Our OCDiva’s always bring their own supplies and equipment. If you have allergies or sensitivities to cleaning supplies or chemicals, please make us aware so we can make other arrangements and come prepared. Or, if you have a specific cleaner you’d like us to use, we can do that too.

Q. Do I need to be home while you’re cleaning?
A. Most people choose not to be home while we’re cleaning. If you would like to stay home until you’re comfortable with your personal OCDiva’s we welcome your company. We do recommend that you be home the first time you meet your OCDiva’s so you can familiarize them with your home and your cleaning preferences.

Q. What if I can’t be home when my OCDiva’s get there?
AWe can arrange access in whatever way is convenient. Here are some recommendations though:

  • Provide us with a key to keep in our key safe
  • Leave a key for us in a specific location
  • Provide us with a code for your garage door
  • Leave a key with a neighbor
  • Have a friend or family member meet us

Q. Do you do laundry, dishes, or change sheets?
A. We can perform any cleaning task that you would like us to with the exceptions noted below. Your personal OCDiva’s are there to take care of you and make your life easier.

Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. Our preferred method of payment is that you leave a check or cash for us the day of service. For your convenience, you may also pay online through our website, or even through our Facebook page.

Q. What if my OCDiva’s miss something we had agreed upon?
A. We offer a Clean Guarantee. If your OCDiva’s miss a spot or something you felt should have been cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and it will be corrected for no additional charge.

Q. Is there anything you don’t clean?
A. We do not perform the following cleaning tasks:

  • Highly valuable or fragile collections such as figurines, china, or antiques (items that couldn’t be easily replaced)
  • Carpet cleaning above and beyond vacuuming
  • Air ducts or vents
  • Outside cleaning
  • Cleaning up after your pets – this includes litter boxes.

We have a network of professionals that we have tried and tested in a number of different service areas and are happy to provide recommendations for who we trust.

Q. Should I tip my OCDiva?
A. Tips and gratuities are up to you. They are certainly appreciated for a job well done, but never expected.
